About Sunrise School of Miami

Located in metropolitan Miami, FL—a dynamic, multicultural city with strong ties to the Caribbean and Latin America—Sunrise School of Miami is now in its 20th year, serving students from Kindergarten through 8th Grade. Class sizes range from 10–14 students. Over the past few years, our school has flourished with the addition of a Parent-Child Program, full enrollment in our two Kindergartens, and plans for launching a third.

Our talented and experienced teachers foster an environment of warmth, collaboration, and joyful collegiality. Subject teachers provide Spanish, Mandarin, woodworking, movement, chorus, handwork, orchestra, and gardening instruction. Our gardening program features a seasonal produce market offering bananas, dragon fruit, and more—creating a beloved gathering spot.

Parents actively support our school through participation in festivals, contributions to our school store, and even a twice-monthly ukulele and singing group with teachers and staff.
