At Sunrise School of Miami, Screen-Free Week is more than a yearly event—it has been part of our everyday rhythm for over 20 years 🌿 Long before “digital detox” became a trend, we chose to protect childhood by creating spaces where imagination, movement, creativity, and human connection could flourish without screens. Here, children spend their days building forts, creating stories, climbing trees, painting, gardening, crafting, singing, exploring nature, and engaging deeply with the world and with one another. From the music and delicious food to the children’s activities, the Maypole dances, and the puppet show, the day was filled with laughter, connection, and lasting memories for our families. A heartfelt thank you to our parents, faculty, and staff, who worked for months behind the scenes to bring this special festival to life. We are so grateful to Brenda for joining us, spending time with our community, and sharing such heartfelt support for Sunrise School of Miami. It meant so much to have her with us and to feel her genuine belief in our mission.
